  Don't call and expect friendly service. They are very rude in person and over the phone. Not to mention the slow service! It is a shame. And if you order online, please track your package and pick it up at their office, they can't seem to understand which house to deliver to.

  Very nice, helpful staff in this USPS Zion Facility especially the sweet beautiful black lady, her name is Ronda who's always sweet and helpful every time I see her there. She always have the best advise to send the package the safest way that does not cost a lot of money.. two Pilipino staff are very nice two. I think they are all nice.

  always a good experience - the clerks are fun and funny - I have always been helped when I needed help. They are honest and knowledgeable on the best way to send a package but of course you make the final decision. Overall 5 stars from me.

  My package has gone missing, supposedly it was delivered 2 weeks ago. They keep switching up their stories on what happened to it and refused to help me. I've called everyday & they told me they'd call me back. Never got a call from them. Had to call head quarters and they were confused as to why Zion's USPS couldn't do a simple job into helping me file a claim. TERRIBLE SERVICE.
